I saw this email come through my inbox this morning. Susan G. Komen of LA and Yelp LA are partnering up to do the first annual dine out for a cure. What a great cause! I am completely behind the Susan G. Komen foundation and all of their hard work in the past to help bring awareness to breast cancer. The dine out for a cure details are below, as I got this information directly from their site. I saw there was Rush Street in Culver City, Ford’s Filling Station in Culver City, Roy’s, just to name a few.

 

Dine Out for the Cure® is a one-day fundraiser where gourmands, breast cancer survivors, families and friends will unite in the fight against breast cancer by eating out at top restaurants in Los Angeles County. Each of the participating restaurants listed below have agreed to generously donate 10 percent of their gross profits for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner on Wednesday, July 15, 2009 to benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure®’s Los Angeles County Affiliate in order to raise awareness and funds to end breast cancer in our community.
