Timeline creation, planning check-ins, vendor communication during the final planning phase, rehearsal logistics as agreed and up to 10 on-site hours.
Full Wedding Execution
Starting at $3,500
Expanded pre-event logistics, detailed ceremony and reception coordination, hands-on setup planning, vendor management and up to 12 on-site hours. Physical setup crew and breakdown are separately quoted.

Décor packing, chair stacking and light venue restoration; trash removal / heavy cleaning extra.
Rehearsal Coordination

On-site ceremony rehearsal guidance, up to 90 minutes.
Additional Event Assistant
From $45 / hour
Per assistant, minimum booking and total coverage quoted in advance.
Travel Outside Local Service Area
Custom quote
Additional travel fees may apply for events more than 90 minutes from Lunenburg, Massachusetts. Quotes are provided in advance based on location, parking, tolls and travel requirements.
Booking Information
Retainer: 30% due to reserve your date and credited toward the total. Final balance: due 14 days before social events or 30 days before weddings. All bookings require a signed service agreement.
Important: Package prices are starting fees, not total event budgets. Rentals, décor purchases, catering, venue fees, dedicated labor, specialty equipment and vendor payments are not included unless specifically itemized. Setup and cleanup are not automatically included in coordination packages.
Every celebration is different. After a consultation and review of your event requirements, Type A Planning will provide a personalized written proposal defining the services, staffing, hours and total investment.
